1) We do not list AI signal bots or spam channels, SpyDefi at its heart is about providing a basis for genuine, manual channels to track their stats and grow their own platform.

2) We reserve the right to remove and delist any SpyDefi listed channel that shares content from other KOL/channel tracking platforms.

3) Any channel found to be copying another channel (as in copy pasting their calls and posting same time) will be removed. This rule also covers channels imitating another channel/KOL by using similar naming/branding in an attempt to deceive others over their identity.

4) Any channel that is found to solely exist to be a funnel to their paid private will be removed.

5) Access to KOL club, KOL alerts in the buy bot and being enabled for achievements in the SpyDefi feed are premium features that we permit for channels at our discretion. SpyDefi listing is solely for the tracking of a channel's stats, viewable in the main bot.

6) The expectation is that channels make use of the features and are an active participant in the SpyDefi ecosystem, inactive channels, or channels not making use of the features, may be removed to make room for others.
